What Is List?

List is a great way for you to group your contacts. Remember, you have to group contacts that share characteristics and exhibit similar behaviours in the same list.

What do you need to know about LIST?

First, make sure to create at least one LIST before you can start broadcast. Second, please do not forget to assign contacts to your list (as seen in the image below). Warning: No space or symbols are allowed.

Here are some of the example of LISTs you can create

Prospect List
You can create a list that consisted of a group of your new prospect clients
Customer List
You can create a new list that combines all your existing customers
Campaign List
Create a new list that combines all your targeted audience
