Contact refers to any level of customers as long as they have contact information available. Every contact must be assign to at least one List. List is also a way to do contact grouping (e.g. ).
Warning:
- Each contact MUST have email as well as phone number, otherwise, Sifuchat won’t be able to detect them.
- Any two or more contacts that share a similar email address or phone number will be known as DUPLICATE.
To add new customers, you have two options:
Option 1: Bulk Import
Click List > Click import bulk contact > Download Excel > Complete Excel template > Click Choose File to reupload the edited Excel > Click Import
Option 2: Add only a single contact
Click List > Click Add a contact > Fill the form & assign to the LIST already created > Click Add Contact
