What is a subscription?
With a subscription, you pay to access content from an system or service for a period of time. For example, you might subscribe to a Basic, Lite, Pro Plan service on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them.
If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don’t want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

If you cancel, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date. If you cancel during a trial period, you might lose access to content immediately.
How to change or cancel subscriptions on your PC or Desktop.
- Open and login SifuChat https:/app.sifuchat.com on desktop
- Click the people button
or your name at the bottom of the sidebar. - Then click the “My Subscription”. or by clicking this link https://app.sifuchat.com/setting/subscription
- On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click “Cancel and Downgrade to Free Plan”
- After click “Cancel and Downgrade to Free Plan” the next page will appear . Don’t see the subscription that you’re looking for?
- Before canceling account you required to answer a few questions.
- If you can’t find this page unsubscribe Please login your account then click link https://app.sifuchat.com/subscription-cancel.php
- Click “Yes, Unsubscribe My Account” Subscription to cancel. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
