Terms & Conditions

To create an Account, you’ll need to agree to the Terms of Service below.

Where we offer you a free trial of SifuChat account, such free trial will start immediately after your payment and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time your payment is succesful. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of SifuChat and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to SifuChat do not qualify for a further free trial period.

If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected], or by cancelling your free trial through your Account Dashboard. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrolment online will be charged the full SifuChat monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel. SifuChat can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by e-mail and give you an opportunity to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your SifuChat subscription at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected] or through your Account Dashboard. For monthly subscriptions, we require at least ten (10) days’ notice of cancellation by e-mail. If you provide such notice less than ten (10) days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to SifuChat.


Support Policy

A current Site License gives you access to Sifuchat’s help desk, and standard documentation. Support is provided via these channels only. SifuChat does not offer telephone, video conferencing, online chat, or in-person support services unless under special circumstances. Support is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays of Malaysia. Inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed during the following business day. SifuChat’s support services are only intended for Site License holders and for use with SifuChat’s products. SifuChat does not support any third party components, software, systems, or plugins. SifuChat commits to providing customer support for the most current version of the software. SifuChat does not provide customer support for legacy (old) versions.

SifuChat commits to using commercially reasonable efforts to keep its products compatible with most modern, popular web browsers including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. While SifuChat will use commercially reasonable efforts to give a near-identical experience across browsers, certain features and functionality may not be identical, or operate in a similar manner due to the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some browsers. If a browser does not support certain web standards, SifuChat will attempt to provide a generic workaround for that browser, which may degrade a specific function or feature gradually. To the extent possible, SifuChat will attempt to ensure that the workaround does not impact any user’s experience negatively.

LearnDash cannot, and does not, guarantee compatibility with all hosting or server configurations, nor does SifuChat provide support for hosting or server related issues.


Refund Policy

We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.

  1. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
  2. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month
  3. You can upgrade or downgrade level of our services at any time of your usage, however SifuChat does not refund any fees in that case
  4. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term

Privacy Policy
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
