How to add new list?

First, make sure to create at least one LIST before you can start broadcast. List is a great way for you to group your contacts. Remember, you have to group contacts that share characteristics and exhibit similar behaviours in the same list. Warning: No space or symbols are allowed.

To create a new list:

1. Click List
2. Click Add New
3. Give a name to the list (You can name them based on interest or message type (e.g. promo, announcements). No space or symbols are allowed) *no space or symbols are allowed!

Here are some of the example of LISTs you can create

1. Prospect List
   You can create a list that consisted of a group of your new prospect clients
2. Customer List
   You can create a new list that combines all your existing customers
3. Campaign List
   Create a new list that combines all your targeted audience
