How to add new contacts properly

First, make sure to create at least one LIST before uploading the contacts. Second, please do not forget to input the list. Warning: No space or symbols are allowed.

To add new customers, you have two options:

Option 1: Bulk Import
Click List > Click import bulk contact > Download Excel > Complete Excel template > Click Choose File to reupload the edited Excel > Click Import

Option 2: Add only a single contact
Click List > Click Add a contact > Fill the form & assign to the LIST already created > Click Add Contact

Your upload attempt is unsuccessful? :

Please check if you have comply with these rules.

1. Contact MUST have EMAIL input. Each contact MUST have email address otherwise Sifuchat won’t be able to upload it.
2. Email column CANNOT be left EMPTY.
3. Phone number MUST start with 60. DO NOT include +
4. Any two or more contacts CANNOT share a similar email address or phone number, otherwise, it will be known as DUPLICATE and Sifuchat would not be able to detect it.
5. LIST cannot be left empty and MUST follow the same spelling with no spacing or symbols.
