First time using SifuChat? Do not worry, follow these steps to have a brief understanding on how SifuChat works!
Step 1 : Create A New List
First, make sure to create at least one LIST before you can start broadcast. List is a great way for you to group your contacts. Remember, you have to group contacts that share characteristics and exhibit similar behaviours in the same list. Warning: No space or symbols are allowed.

Step 2 : Upload New Contacts
After the LIST is created, now you can start importing new contacts and assign them to the list you just created! To import, you have two options:
Option 1: Bulk Import
Click List > Click import bulk contact > Download Excel > Complete Excel template > Click Choose File to reupload the edited Excel > Click Import
Option 2: Add only a single contact
Click List > Click Add a contact > Fill the form & assign to the LIST already created > Click Add Contact

WARNINGS:
1. Phone number must start with 60, not +60
2. COLUMN cannot be deleted
3. Email & Phone Number column cannot be left empty and similar with other contacts
4. You must assign the contacts to LIST (refer the image below)
Step 3 : Connect with WhatsApp & Email Account
After you have completed updating your CONTACTS and LIST, you can now start connecting your WhatsApp and Email with Sifuchat.
Connecting with WhatsApp Account
Click Profile Image > Click Channels > Click WhatsApp > Scan QR code
Connecting with Email Account
Click Profile Image > Click Channels > Click Email > Fill the form
Step 4 : Start Broadcast
To broadcast, simply click broadcast > Name your Campaign > Select LIST > Select Channels > Edit Live Preview broadcast > Click Send
