Broadcast unsuccessful. How to solve it?

Your broadcast attempt is unsuccessful?

Please check if you have any of these errors:

Step 1: Create List

List CANNOT have any symbols or space.
Wrong LIST input in the Excel File (The fourth column)
No LIST input in the Excel File (The fourth column)

Step 2: Upload contacts

Contact has NO EMAIL input. Each contact MUST have email address otherwise Sifuchat won’t be able to upload it.

Step 3: Connect WhatsApp and Email

WHATSAPP BROADCAST ERROR

WhatsApp QR code was NOT SCANNED prior.
Likewise, Whatsapp was DISCONNECTED from SifuChat
WHATSAPP WEB was opened after QR code has been scanned
Mobile phone has NO INTERNET connection

SMS BROADCAST ERROR

Your SMS credit was NOT SUFFICIENT to use to SMS broadcast
